This season for the first time following our new licence extention, we are open from the 18th January, allowing our customers, who have had enough of "turkey, pud & little jacks bleepping new game console", to get away from it all to the peace and quiet of our beautiful countryside earlier than ever before.

We have had some spectacular winter views around our park, with the frosts jewelling the trees, and the rare sight of the River Tees Freezing over. All watched over by "frosty the snowman"

I am pleased to be able to tell you that we have just had an application to extend our site licence aproved.
We are now able to offer our customers an eleven and a half month licence, Our season will now start on the 18th of January and run until 3rd January the following year.
This has been done in response to requests from our customers, for more opportunities to take advantage of their better insulated, double glazed, centraly heated holiday homes during the winter months.

In our ongoing quest to keep our park moving forwards we have reached yet another milestone. We have been accepted as members of the prestigious "Best of British" group.
One of only 42 parks in england to have this honour.

Our new larger improved playground is up and running and has been met with great approval from children and parents alike. We have had some very charming thank you letters from the youngsters, it is these little things that make the building work in depths of winter worth while.

After what has been one of the coldest iciest closed seasons for many a year the British weather does what it does best and shocks us, Blue skys & Sunshine on opening day.
Since we took over the park in 2004 we have strived to make improvements year on year.
At the end of last season we were awarded our fifth star by "enjoy England". To keep us moving forwards we have created a dedicated 3 man grounds team, to keep things "spic & span"
We can now offer you the chance to own a stunning log cabin effect holiday home on our new developement. & more stock is on its way. Take the chance to have a browse, An upgrade may be easier than you think!
Planning is under way for our new office/laundry/wc building to replace the old shower block that has served us well for many years.
Our old playground has already been removed ready for the instalation of the modern new one that is currently being custom built for us, and should be with us soon.
